Your store was our absolute favorite when we visited, and the wonderful customer service you have provided long-distance is a testament to why. Thanks again, and as always, stay . . . Cool as a Moose!

My wife and I travel a lot, just got back from Bar Harbor, and we think your shop is the coolest we have ever been in. Great stuff, great music (OK, we only danced a little), and the staff was just super. I'm sure you will get some on-line orders from us. Take care. Come visit in Idaho. Your wandering pals,
Bill and Mariette

My wife recently had her wallet stolen, and was devastated at its loss. Not the content, but the wallet. It was a Tuckernut with a pinkheart on it that matched the tote she uses for her purse. After its loss, I decided to try to replace it for her birthday -- little did I know that it is no longer carried. I called stores around the country to see if anyone had one. I found one in Monterey, CA, but they would not ship it. Finally, after 47 phone calls, and several hours of search, I found a lovely lady at your store in Bar Harbor, ME who was able to help me. Mary was extremely helpful, kind, and sympathetic to my cause. She had one remaining Tuckernut wallet with the pink heart, and was more than happy to ship it to me. She saved the day, and was extremely kind and courteous about it. She is a perfect example of what a representative of your company should be. Please pass on my deepest thanks to her and the wonderful people at her establishment.

Your moose is a legend at my daughter's school! My wife and I went to her Tampa classroom and read a story about Maine, several months ago. I was wearing a Cool As A Moose hat. The kids loved the story, and loved the hat. Giving in to some begging, I left the hat with the class. Each week, one of the students is chosen as the special one from the class, and receives certain privileges, including the right to wear that hat all week in class. At our next visit in about a month, each child will get his or her own Moose hat. Ever heard a classroom of 3rd graders squeal? You helped make it happen.

Who can come to Maine and not get Moose stuff? This store is just so much fun to browse in, and if you don't find something to purchase then you aren't looking. Great selection of Life is Good products. Must-go-to place in Freeport.

Long Run:
Bar Harbor CAAM employee Hogan and his dad just completed a monumental 500-mile run from the tip of Maine to Kittery to raise funds for Camp CaPella, and stopped to visit the store in Freeport on their way. Read his story and view other photos at his blog.
