We ship in the US only at the moment, appropriate shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Cool As A Moose®. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item purchased online within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact us first by emailing orders@coolasamoose.com to initiate the return or exchange. Please enclose a copy of your receipt, and be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address. Items returned for refund or exchange must be in original condition and packaging.

You may exchange any item purchased online within 30 days for a $15.00 charge to cover shipping and handling. We ask that you please call or email us in advance so we can check that we have the item you’re requesting in stock and other details.

Please email us if the item we shipped is defective. We will exchange the item or issue a full refund plus shipping cost. We handle defective items on an individual basis.
